Do You Provide a Free Trial?

We do not provide a free trial. This is due to the value, which we believe you get as soon as you become a member. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time though, so you’re never locked into a plan.

Are My Payment Details Secure?

Absolutely. We use the payment gateway called Stripe. You may have seen this online when making payments on other websites. We don’t process any of the payments ourselves, which means we never see any of your payment details. These are all encrypted.

Why Support Portsmouth Business Owners?

Because our founder, Luke Westwood, has been working and living in Portsmouth for 15+ years and loves our amazing city and people. Luke also saw there has always been a big gap with supporting the wellbeing of small business owners, who are feeling isolated, and having tailored content to the unique challenges you face every day.

Will My Clients Know I've Joined?

Only if you tell them. We never share publicly who has joined our community, which is done to protect your privacy and keep your personal details private.

Do You Provide Customer Support?

Of course. We love providing customer support. Whether you’re having any technical issues with our website, want to suggest some content for our members, or even want to make a complain. We always want to hear from you.

What Country are You Based In?

We are based in the U.K. and market mainly to business owners based in the U.K. If you’re from another country, you’re more than welcome to join, but please keep in mind all of our content is written and created for a British audience.

Can I Cancel My Subscriptions?

Absolutely. All you need to do is get in touch with us at billing@mywellbeingmanager.co.uk and our team will get back to you.

Who Started the Website?

The website was started by Luke Westwood and Luke created the platform from scratch, including all of the content you’ll get access to.

Do You Provide 1-2-1 Coaching?

We don’t right now, but this is something we are considering and looking for the best way to provide this, as part of our platform. If you have any suggestions, on what you would find helpful, please do get in touch.
